OUR RETURN PROMISE

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition with tags attached. Your satisfaction is as important to us as the craftsmanship in our premium leather collections.

Important Exceptions:

To maintain quality standards, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)
  • Personalized or custom-made leather pieces
  • Intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
  • Jewelry (unless defective)
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage not present at delivery

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Step 2: Package Your Items

Return your items in their original packaging with all tags attached. For leather jackets and premium pieces, please use protective wrapping to prevent damage in transit.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

We’ll provide return shipping instructions via email. Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed

EXCHANGES

For size exchanges on our leather essentials or denim collections:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • If the requested size isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund or store credit
  • Standard shipping rates apply for exchanged items

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For our global divas (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
